Civil War Traveling Exhibit Visits Columbia Public Library

The "A State Divided: The Civil War in Missouri" traveling display, a condensed version of the Civil War display that recently closed at the Missouri History Museum, comes to the Columbia Public Library and will be open to the public August 10-October 6. Phil and his family have called Columbia home for over four decades. He is retired from the University of Missouri system, where he worked for ten years as assistant to the president. Now he fills his time with volunteer activities (for the City, his church and an organization called CASA), reading and foreign travel. Read more »
