Book by Local Author Wins One Read Vote

The community has selected “The Ruins of Us” by local author Keija Parssinen as DBRL's 2013 One Read book! Earlier this year, readers submitted more than 140 book suggestions. The reading panel helped narrow the list to the two finalists and people voted for their preferred title for this year’s One Read selection. Read more »
New Microfilm Machines Activated

If you think that the days of microfilm are over, you’re gravely mistaken. There are still a number of older records that haven’t been digitized yet.
