Obtaining a Library CardA Daniel Boone Regional Library (DBRL) card authorizes your use of the collections and services offered by the regional library system. With a library card you may borrow materials from any of the system's service centers:
You can print out the application form (below) to fill out and take with you to the library along with proof of your current address. You can use your driver's license, or if it doesn't reflect your current address, a bill or other piece of mail with your current address. For those under the age of 18 a parent or guardian is responsible for the selection, use and return of materials. Minors need to fill out a separate library card application to be signed by a parent or guardian.
