POLICY

Employees are prohibited from carrying firearms or other weapons, regardless of whether they hold a Concealed Carry Permit or Endorsement from the State of Missouri or any other governmental entity, and whether such firearms or weapons are carried openly or concealed, on Library premises, or in Library owned vehicles or other vehicles controlled by the Library, or from brandishing any such weapon which is carried in an employee owned vehicle, unless authorized by the Director. Any violation of this policy may be cause for immediate termination.
