Friends of the Callaway County Public Library

Each of the Daniel Boone Regional Library system's facilities is assisted and supported in their efforts by a Friends group. These volunteer organizations raise funds at regularly scheduled book sales to provide the library with additional funds for needed materials and services.

Books for each group's sales come from donations to the Friends. Materials donated to the sales are first reviewed for addition to the collection. If they are not added, they are sold at the book sales.

Those joining any of the Friends groups will receive the library's program guide in the mail. All book sales and library programs and activities are profiled in that publication.
