Kids in the Kitchen

Registered dietitian Kristin Eiffert will show us how to prepare colorful fruit and veggie creations. Kids will learn how to follow a recipe and use safe and simple cutting techniques as they make a confetti salad and fruit kabobs. Then they'll eat the delicious results. Presented by the Central Missouri Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Ages 4-9 with an adult. Registration begins Tuesday, February 17.
