Publisher Yolanda Ciolli and editor Von Pittman of Compass Flower Press discovered that "it takes a village" and about a year to compile an anthology with national and local participation. The principals on the project and a few of the featured authors will discuss the expected and unexpected facets of the anthology process. Competing against many other writers across the country, local authors David Collins, Ida Fogle, Elaine Stewart, Lori Younker, Nidhi Khosla, Kit Salter, William A. Wolff, Wayne Anderson and Marlene Lee all wrote stories included in "Uncertain Promise" and will be on the panel. Q&A to follow. Copies of the anthology will be available for purchase and signing.
