Callaway Youth Poetry Contest
Fulton

As part of National Poetry Month in April, we invite Callaway County youth to submit original poems with a chance to win an award and have your work displayed at the Callaway County Public Library and at www.dbrl.org. Awards will be given in three age categories: 5-8, 9-12 and 13-18. Get entry forms starting in April at the library or bookmobile; entries are due April 30. An awards ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 28 at the Callaway County Public Library. Co-sponsored by the Auxvasse Creative Arts Program. Ages 5-18.

AARP Free Tax Aide

AARP volunteers offer free, confidential help with income taxes and Missouri Property Tax Credits to people with middle to low incomes, giving special attention to those aged 60 and older.

Family Story Time

First Wednesday Book Sale

This month's sale features biographies and Missouri connections. First Wednesday sales offer some of the very best books that have been donated to the Friends. The Friends also conduct sales every Wednesday in the library lobby noon-3 p.m, and every Saturday 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. All proceeds go to support library services.
