Stand tall like a mountain. Explode like a volcano. Transform into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. At this session, kids and parents will learn creative ways to relax the body and focus the mind through yoga poses. We’ll begin stretching out and then move into specific poses as we act out a story. Wear comfortable clothing to allow for free movement. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Session 1: ages 3-5 with adult. Session 2: ages 6-8 with adult.
