Duties and Responsibilities:
This position works as a member of the IT Department that is responsible for operating, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the technology and telecommunications infrastructure of the library system. Extensive experience with desktop support is desired. This person must work well with people of all ages and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent with 48 hours college credit primarily related to computer science and two years of job related experience required. Experience may be substituted for college credit. Prefer computer related degree or formal training in the area of PCs and networking preferred.
