Evaluating Information in the Age of Fake News and Alternative Facts

Misinformation is as old as the truth. While traditional forms of media were once able to act as gatekeepers for much of the information that reached the public, today the proliferation of internet media has overwhelmed us with information, only some of it factual. We'll offer tips on how to become a more savvy reader of news and information, as well as explore the motivations behind the purveyors of fake news.
