Discover some of the wonderful aspects of daily life in Italy such as the weekly produce market, the coffee bar, the pastry shop, the bread shop and the inside of an Italian home. You'll also find out the importance of the piazza (the town square), and learn some Italian phrases. Presented by Gráinne Redmond, a qualified educator of Italian language and literature. She's been married to an Italian for 10 years and lived in Italy for four years. Now a Columbia resident, she and her husband are raising their three Italian-Irish children multilingually.
