2002 DBRL Book Cover Contest

The DBRL Outreach Department asked first through sixth graders in communities served by our bookmobile to make new covers for their favorite books. From this fantastic group of entries, we have chosen winners in the annual book cover contest. This year's Grand Prize goes to Allison Ashley, a first grader at South Callaway R-II, for her cover for "Wake Up, Wake Up!" by Brian and Rebecca Wildsmith. Other winners include Daniel Potts, a third grader at Williamsburg Elementary ("Frog's Lunch" by Dee Lillegard), Sabia El-Kurbu, a fourth grader at Hallsville Elementary R-V ("Which Witch" by Eva Ibbotson), and Aaron McDaniel,a fourth grader at North Callaway Elementary School R-1 ("Tigers" by Leslie Temple). Thanks to all who participated!
