Do you have different photos on your laptop, your smartphone and your Facebook account? These days, we need to actively manage our digital possessions to protect them and keep them accessible for years to come. In celebration of National Preservation Week, we will share tips for preserving your photos, videos, digital files and social media accounts. We will also discuss the scanning and preservation of hard copy photographs and documents, with a demonstration of our new digitization equipment at the end of the program. This will qualify attendees for further hands-on instruction in the use of the scanning and digitizing equipment in the Studio, the library's new digital lab. Registration begins Monday, April 13.
