Film: "The Invisible War"

Columbia Public Library, Friends Room

"The Invisible War," from acclaimed director Kirby Dick, won the 2012 Sundance Film Festival Audience Award for best U.S. documentary. This groundbreaking investigative documentary uncovers the little-talked about problem of rape within the U.S. military. The film will be followed by a discussion moderated by members of the Association of American University Women. Cosponsored by the local branch of the AAUW in honor of Women's History Month. Refreshments at 6:30 p.m.
