We continually update our collections and services to make them as useful, interesting and entertaining as possible. In the next few weeks, you may receive a survey in the mail from the research firm ETC Institute. Please take a few minutes to fill it out and return it. Representatives from the firm will also make follow-up phone calls to households who miss the survey mail-in deadline and offer to help them complete the survey over the phone.
We want to find out which services [1] you like, which ones you think we could improve and how you prefer to get information from the library. Even if you’re not a regular library user, we value your input [2] so we can make the library a place everyone will want to use.
This formalized way of gathering input greatly improves our long-range planning efficiency, so that the library and our board of trustees [3] can make decisions backed by solid information.
