Nonprofit groups can reserve meeting rooms for free at the DBRL Libraries. Groups may use meeting space only once per month. Reservations will be accepted no more than two months in advance.
Eligible groups include nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and groups engaged in educational, civic, cultural and intellectual activities. Meetings must be held during library open hours [1] and cannot have commercial purposes. The DBRL Meeting Room Policy [2] has a full explanation of guidelines.
