City utility customers can pledge a monthly amount to their bills or make one-time donation to provide assistance to others who have difficulty paying. Donations to both programs are tax deductible. Contact the Columbia/Boone Health Dept., 874-7594 to get assistance from these programs. - City of Columbia Utility Customer Service Office
