Did you just buy a new Windows 8 computer and have no idea where to start? Come to our informal session to learn about the Windows 8 operating system and get pointers on how to use it. You may bring in your laptop or device, or we can demonstrate with the library's equipment.

For a visual prompt to inspire you, Pinterest and other social media sites are great resources. Learn how to use virtual pinboards, smart lists, social-bookmarking and more. Basic Internet skills required; Pinterest account recommended. Registration begins Monday, November 17.
