Callaway County Public Library HVAC Replacement
We have just finished replacing the heating and cooling system in the historic Callaway County Public Library building. To do this, the building closed March 30 and we moved services to a temporary location. As of July 1, the work is complete, and, after a deep cleaning, we will reopen the Court Street library on July 13!
Temporary Location Now Closed
The temporary location for Callaway County Public Library opened April 1 at Churchill Plaza, 1855 N. Bluff Street, Fulton, near Walmart.
The library’s open hours will remain the same. During the closure, people can call 1-800-324-4806 or the Holts Summit Public Library, 573-606-8770 for assistance.
Services at the Temporary Location
- Limited browsing collection
- Holds pickup
- Return materials
- Sign up for a library card
Due to the smaller facility, the library won’t be able to offer all of the services usually available. Public access computers, Wi-Fi, scanning, printing, faxing and photocopying are not available. Passport services are also unavailable. Library classes and events are scheduled at other locations in town.
