Callaway County Public Library HVAC Replacement
In spring 2026, we are replacing the heating and cooling system in the Callaway County Public Library building. To do this, the library will be CLOSED beginning March 30. We expect the work to take 90 days.
The temporary location for the Callaway County Public Library opened April 1 at Churchill Plaza, 1855 N. Bluff Street, Fulton, near Walmart.
The library’s open hours will remain the same. During the closure, people can call 1-800-324-4806 or the Holts Summit Public Library, 573-606-8770 for assistance.
Services at the Temporary Location
- Limited browsing collection
- Holds pickup
- Return materials
- Sign up for a library card
Due to the smaller facility, the library won’t be able to offer all of the services usually available. Public access computers and Wi-Fi are not available and the library isn’t able to process passports. Library classes and events are scheduled at other locations in town.
Note: The Fulton Post Office also offers passport services, by appointment only.
