If you encounter problems using one of the databases, try one or more of the following:
Be sure your browser is set to allow cookies and security level is set at medium. (You can find these settings by opening Internet Explorer, then clicking on Tools in the menu bar and selecting Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab. Make sure the sliding selector is set to medium.)
Temporarily disable any pop-up blocking, advertisement-blocking, or similar browser-enhancing software (e.g. Ad Block Plus, Pop-up Stopper, Free Surfer mk II, PopVanish, etc.).
Temporarily disable any firewall or other Internet security software (except for anti-virus software) or adjust its configuration to allow transmission of your web browser's "Referring URL."
Clear your browser's cache/temporary Internet files and delete any old cookies. Files from web pages you've visited are saved in the Temporary Internet Files folder for quicker access the next time you visit that page. Cookies are small files stored on your computer for web sites to keep track of how you use their site (e.g. online shopping sites).
