Daniel Boone Regional Library (DBRL) is a unionized workplace. All DBRL staff except managers, supervisors and confidential employees (staff who work most closely with library administration) are part of the Daniel Boone Regional Library Workers United (DBRLWU) bargaining unit. Staff included in the bargaining unit are covered by provisions in the union contract.
