This year’s Winter Reading program begins January 15, the National Day of Service honoring Martin Luther King Jr. We kick off our program with a food drive to benefit food banks in Boone & Callaway counties. Bringing shelf-stable food donations will also enter you for a drawing to win an air fryer.
January 15-26, 2024, bring donations to any of our libraries or to a bookmobile stop.
Winners of the air fryer drawing will be announced by January 31.
Terms and Conditions
- Air fryer prize is not convertible to cash.
- Prizes must be claimed physically by the winner by February 12, 2024. One prize per household.
- Entry requires donation of one shelf-stable food item. Multiple entries allowed up to 10. Donations of food cannot satisfy any patron bills for lost or damaged items.
The food drive benefits the Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri in Boone County and SERVE, Inc in Callaway County.
