Borrow
You need a library card to borrow books, CDs or DVDs from the library. Or try out a WiFi Hotspot for free internet access for a month at home.
Have internet access at home? We have plenty of ways for you to borrow items from home with your own internet access and just a phone. Make learning fun with themed kits for adults and children.

Technology
Use our computers or WiFi at any of our locations. While you’re visiting, you can also charge your phone in one of our charging lockers.

Stopping by to conduct business? The Columbia Public Library has a free notary available Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
You can also print, scan, copy & fax for a small fee at any location.
