November 3-26, 2025 at All Library Locations
As the cold of winter sets in, many of our neighbors in need are struggling to stay warm. To help out, we are collecting gently used or new hats, gloves, socks, scarves, sweaters or coats for all ages and in all sizes.
- Columbia Public Library
Items donated will benefit The Center Project, COMO Mobile Aid Collective and Project Homeless Connect. A hamper will be stationed in the lobby. - Callaway County and Holts Summit Public Libraries
Items donated in Callaway County will benefit Serve, Inc. - Southern Boone County Public Library
Items donated will benefit Helping Hands of Ashland, MO.
You’re invited to bring your donations to any library starting November 3 and going through November 26, before Thanksgiving. At the end of this time period, all donations will be boxed up and sent to the nonprofits listed above for distribution to our most vulnerable citizens
