The DBRL Board of Trustees meets monthly at 6 p.m. on the first Thursday after the second Tuesday of the month. The Callaway County and Columbia and Boone County Library District boards meet as needed.
The upcoming dates and locations for DBRL board meetings are listed below. Meeting agendas are posted no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.
Please review the library policy on public participation at board meetings. Public Comment is limited to three (3) minutes per person. Each person desiring to be heard shall state his or her name and address before commenting. Individuals or groups may address any item on the posted agenda during the designated Public Comment period, which is included on each meeting agenda. All comments become part of the public record as part of the board meeting minutes.
Individuals or groups may also request that a new agenda item be introduced by completing the form at the bottom of this page. The deadline for a request for a new agenda item to appear on the next board meeting agenda is ten (10) days prior to the meeting date.
