In the book “Summer Fridays,” a young woman in publishing named Sawyer is engaged to Charles who is getting a little too friendly with his coworker Kendra. Kendra’s boyfriend Nick is suspicious that the two are having an affair and starts reaching out to Sawyer and suggests they spend their Friday afternoons in the summer together.
I loved their dynamics and found myself really struggling to wait and see how things turned out. The book did not disappoint — it’s one of the best romance novels I’ve read in a while!
